Pilot application privacy notice
This notice covers the business application form, not customer booking or payment services.
What we collect
Business name, category, city, country, booking method, contact name, email and an optional WhatsApp number. We also record consent and an application reference.
How we use it
To assess pilot suitability and contact you about onboarding. Application data is stored in the YS database and is not published or sold. Abuse prevention uses a keyed hash of the request address rather than storing the raw address. Your approximate country is looked up locally to choose the starting language; you can change it at any time.
Access and choices
Authorized pilot-review staff can access applications. Use the application form to request access, correction or deletion and identify your request in the business-name field.
